The carpet underneath the driver seat and the passenger footwell behind the driver seat are soaked with water.

We just 3 inches of rain in 12 hour period and got some water on rug in front of driver seat but standing water to the rear of the drivers seat. If it s inside the vent you could try using a strong magnet taped to a clothes hanger or similar rod like thing. H1 and body copy.
